B Chandra & Associates, a firm of Company Secretaries – Takes pride in nurturing budding professionals and advising on complicated corporate law matters

Helmed by Ms B Chandra, after a successful stint in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, as an Indian Company law service officer for more than 17 years.

A Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary. Had an unique opportunity to be part of the team in drafting the concept paper on company law as well as the Companies Bill as it evolved. Had been part of the team to give inputs to the first two versions of the e governance project.

Ably assisted by Chandrasekar Anuradha, Partner.

Cost accountant and Company Secretary. A banker for the first 18 years of her successful career with over 18 years of varied experience in dealing with Corporate Clients in a Public Sector Bank. Joined the firm in 2015.
